Requirement to create mobile app to check roster schedule for workers

After implementation of SuccessFactors, there was a gap to check roster code for workers working on different shifts

New Solution should be intuitive and reliable to be able to capture time with mobile processing options.

Design Thinking Approach

We participated in a series of workshops,  partnering with Customer  team to validate current state  process and map target state process  scope for HR Roster Process at Customer. Agile Solution Development Team developed mock-ups with multiple iterations for customer sign-off.

Build

Daily scrum meetings with the Customer key contact to manage M-S-C Scorecard in order to priorities build components with the continuous testing mechanism.  Security and UAT test scripts are finalized.

Sign-Off

Deployment and Production verification testing executed based on customer  approvals & sign off.

FOC ( FIORI OPERATIONAL CONTORL)

Knowledge transition to Support Team. Defects and Minor fixes managed through Customer change & incident processes.

Solution Outcome

One role based custom  Fiori app was developed for HR Roster code selection

With HR Roster App, user could select criteria and fetch required roster code.

App has been designed to make users more productive by giving option to open the app directly from SuccessFactors.
